Season 12/13 was the most successful ever for the club. The senior 1st XV team are RBS Shield, RBS West Shield, and RBS West League Division 1 champions. The Marr College 1st XV won the Brewin Dolphin Scottish Plate, and the Under15 Midi team won the West U15 Plate. Not to be outdone, the Minis also had a very successful season, competing at clubs such as Kelso Hillhead-Jordanhill and West of Scotland.

However there is a lot more to Marr Rugby than winning prizes. We strongly encourage participation at all age groups and abilities, and have a thriving social scene. Anyone who wishes to play, watch, or in any way help at Marr Rugby will be made most welcome.

Marr Rugby is a community rugby club based in Troon on the West Coast of Scotland.

We offer access to rugby for players and supporters from Mini through Youth & Schools to Senior rugby for the communities of Troon, Prestwick and surrounding villages, as well as providing coaching and support to school rugby at Marr College.

Our senior 1st XV will represent us in RBS Championship Division 1 this year, after finishing league champions in the previous 2 seasons.

The Mini Rugby club (boys and girls in P3 – P7) meet at 1000 on Saturday mornings.

Senior training is at 1900 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
